I paid $18.98 for shipping, my whole order was $29.02 ! I paid for my order on January 3 and today is January 14 and I still do not have my order, because of not receiving my order, I had to make alternative arrangements and purchase this product somewhere else to complete my customers order. The amount that you charge for shipping is the amount that I charge customers for a two day turnaround time. Shipping is very slow. I still do not have my order and you’re asking me to review what I received, very disappointing
